TP Emitel sold to Kapiri Investments

The broadcast network operator TP Emitel has been sold to Kapiri Investments for PLN1.7 billion (€422 million) by its owner telecom operator TPSA.
The single shareholder of Kapiri Investments is the London-based private equity group Montagu IV.
TP Emitel operates the networks which deliver Poland’s Digital Terrestrial TV programming and before the deal can go through it must be approved by the Polish Competition Office (UOKiK).
