Towercom discusses DTT plans

Following the award of a licence to operate three DTT multiplexes, Towercom has announced plans to launch the first multiplex early next year.
Broadband TV News, quoting the company’s chairman Roman Fischer, Medialne, reported that Towercom will simulcast right up to ASO in 2012 and use both MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 compression.
