Starman wins DTT tender

The tender for a nationwide free-to-air DTT licence has been won by Starman.
Starman said that it will broadcast 24 TV channels over its new multiplex. The company already provides some free-to-air TV over the ZUUMtv pay TV platform.
The main digital transmission company in Estonia is Levira, jointly owned by the state and TDF.
