RTVE plans for DTT HDTV

Public service broadcaster, Radio TeleVision Espanola, (RTVE), has announced plans for new services according to Rapid TV News.
RTVE are working on two new projects, one a new cultural channel and the other an HDTV channel.
The two new channels will be ready in 2010 when the analogue switchover takes place. At that time RTVE will have two multiplexes with the possible potential of 6-8 HD channels.
