Rethink, regional DTT

Ukraine’s National Council Radio and TV Broadcasting (NTVCU) has decided to retender a total of 162 regional DTT frequencies according to reports attributed to Mediaset.
The NTVCU originally received 59 applications for 28 slots on four national multiplexes and 1,040 for 668 on a regional multiplex.
However, its licence awards have proved to be highly controversial.
