Pay-DTT authorisation requested

The commercial broadcaster La Sexta has submitted a proposal requesting authorisation to launch a Pay-DTT channel despite the Government not having given the go ahead for services to commence.
La Sexta would like to launch a sports service, Gol TV, using the capacity currently used by its free to air service Hogar 10 in time for the 2009-2010 football season.
It has also given the assurance that it will return Hogar 10 to the free-to-air platform once analogue switch-off is completed.
Dahlia TV, owned by the Nordic group Airplus, has also expressed an interest in the pay-DTT platform
