Nova Cinema on DTT

The Czech film channel Nova Cinema is to start broadcasting on the DTT platform within the next six months, reports Broadband TV News.
To do so it will utilise a ‘compensatory’ licence awarded to CET 21, TV Nova’s licence holder, by the Czech Radio and TV Council (RRTV) this August.
ATO-Mediaresearch estimates that Nova Cinema’s audience is 15.36% of all Czech viewers and will increase significantly once the service becomes available on the DTT channel.
