New DVB-H trial in Alcazar de San Juan

A DVB-H pilot has started in Alcazar de San Juan according to an announcement made at a meeting of Castilla-La Mancha technical dignitaries, the mayor of the town and the chief of the directorate for Technology and Development services in Spain.
Thirty-five selected users will explore the use of advanced interactive services on the DVB-H platform, accessed on Motorola handheld phones. Siemens, Sidsa, Hipasat and Telefonica Audio visual services are taking part in the project, which will test how these services can provide new possibilities for business and the audiovisual sector.
