KPN reports strong TV subscriber growth

Telecom and DTT operator KPN reports that it had its fastest ever growth of new TV customers during Q3 2007.
In the third quarter which ended on September 30th, 77,000 new homes where added to its customer base bringing the total to 414,000. This is claimed to represent 17% of all digital homes in the Netherlands.
The figures consist of both the DTT customers of Digitenne and the IPTV customers of KPN Interactive TV said to be 10,000 of the total.
KPN put the growth in its sales figures down to its aggressive pricing policy.
