Hungary should meet ASO date

Jean-Francois Fenech, the CEO of Antenna Hungária, is quoted by BBJ and MTI Econews, as saying that Hungary should meet its ASO target date of the 31st December 2011, reports Broadband TV News.
Hungary has around 3.8 million TV homes, of which 800,000 watch only terrestrial services. Of the latter, some 125,000 are already receiving the DTT service MinDigTV operated by Antenna Hungária.
Fenech called for decisions to be made on subsidies for reception equipment and whether the analogue services will be switched off at once or on a region-by-region basis.
