Government urged to publish an Analogue Switch Off plan

Broadcasters on the DTT platform are asking the government to approve an analogue switch-off plan as soon as possible in order to encourage the development of DTT services. Analogue switch-off has been set for April 2010.
According to Andres Tejero, CEO of Veo TV: “We need a switch-off plan to be seriously implemented. We have to start switching off analogue transmissions to make it clear that the digital process has already taken off.”
