Europa 7 to get RAI Uno allocation

More than 11 years after it went out of business following a legal dispute with Mediaset’s RETE4, Europa 7 is set to be given a new frequency allocation to begin DTT broadcasting.
The latest ruling is that the frequency allocation to be used by Europa 7 is from RAI Uno and not RETE 4.
Despite the final allocation of a frequency it is unclear whether Europa 7 shareholders will go ahead and resurrect the company.
