DVB-T2 Scoops IBC Innovation Award

DVB is delighted to announce that the DVB-T2 transmission system has been honoured with the IBC Innovation Award for Content Delivery technology. At the IBC ceremony, the award was presented to the BBC for its successful implementation of the DVB-T2 advanced transmission technology.

BBC’s Research & Development along with 60 other DVB member companies collaborated to develop DVB-T2, the second-generation terrestrial broadcasting format.
