DTT covers 60% of the population

According to a report in Diário de Notícias, Portugal Telecom says that DTT services are already available to 60% (6 million) of the population, a figure which has been achieved ahead of time.
PT aims to reach 80% of the population by the end of this year and to achieve national coverage in 2010.
By doing so, it will bring the ASO date set by the government forward by 16 months
