Dahlia TV formed to launch pay-DTT services

A new company Dahlia TV has been formed to launch pay-TV services on the DTT platform in Spain. Dahlia TV claims to have reached agreement with some of the major networks in the country and hopes that the government will grant them four digital channels with the right to carry pay-TV.
Dahlia plans to reach the 75% of Spanish homes, which don’t at present have access to pay-TV services.
