Cyprus DSO in 2011

Cyprus aims to complete its Digital Switch Over (DSO) process by 2011, reports Broadband TV News.
The country’s minister of communications and works Nikos Nikolaides said that there would be a period of simulcasts before the final switchover took place, one year ahead of the EU digital deadline of 2012.
The DTH platform Multichoice Hellas, the IPTV platforms MiVision and Prime Tel are already operating in the country.
