Channels announced for DVB-H launch

Hutchinson 3G Austria has announced the channel line up for its forthcoming DVB-H service to mobiles. Users will be able to access 15 television channels and 5 radio programme services.
Television services include ORF 1, ORF 2, ATV, Puls 4, ProSieben Austria, RTL, Sat.1 Österreich, VOX, Laola1.tv, LaLa TV, Red Bull, RTL II, N24, Super RTL and a further, yet to be announced broadcaster. Radio services are Ö3, FM4, Kronehit, Ö1 and Lounge FM.
Services will initially be available in the cities of Vienna, Salzburg, Innsbruck and Klagenfurt.with the coverage reaching 50% of the population by the end of the year.
The mobile TV service, which is set to launch in time for Euro 2008 in June, will be free access until the end of the year after which it will cost €6/month.
