Ceské Radiokomunikace sold to Macquarie


The Falcon Group consortium has sold the Czech broadcast network operator, Ceske Radiokomunikace (CRa) to the infrastructure funds managed by the Macquarie Group.
CRa provides the transmission of analogue and digital terrestrial TV and radio signals for public and commercial TV and radio broadcasters in the Czech Republic via an infrastructure of 26 high-rise towers and over 800 towers and masts, as well as a 2600 kilometre fibre-optic backbone network
