ASO completed in Sardinia

On the morning of the 31st October 2008, Sardinia finally completed the process to switch from analogue to digital transmission.
The switch-off affected 1,600,000 residents on the island of which 85% were reliant on terrestrial TV transmissions for their primary TV viewing.
