Airplus challenges Pay-DTT award decision

As predicted previously Airplus TV have confirmed that they are to appeal over the preliminary decision by Anacom to award the Pay-DTT licence to Portugal Telecom.
According to an item on the advanced-television.com website Airplus TV claims that the commission did not have the necessary expertise to evaluate the candidates.
