5 million Euros for DTT promotion

The Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce has signed an agreement with Impulsa TDT to collaborate on promoting the spread of DTT in Spain. 5 million Euros will be contributed in equal parts by both organisations.
The money will be used for promotion, communication and the marketing of DTT. In addition some of the money will be used for market surveys and to help with technical areas concerning products and services.
According to recent figures more than 18 million citizens are already able to receive DTT signals.
