3D transmission on DTT platform

The first Polish 3D TV trial on the DTT platform took place in Warsaw on the 15th May.
Using the satellite feed of a football game from Canal + the broadcast network operator Emitel transmitted a live 3D transmission from the Palace of Culture and Science across the terrestrial network.
The 3D signals were received and displayed on Samsung receivers and viewed with the aid of special glasses.
