100 More days until the first phase of ASO

A recent press release on the 23rd March announced that there are 100 days until the first phase of Analogue Switch Off.
Phase 1 is set to take place on the 30th June 2009 and is estimated to affect 5 million people in 1,286 towns. This will cover the areas of Zaragoza, Segovia, Oviedo, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Huelva, and Santiago de Compostela, encompassing 12% of Spain’s population. The second phase of the ASO will start on the 31st December 2009 and be completed by the 3rd April 2010.
