10.8 million DTT receivers sold

The last six months of 2008 have seen the greatest growth of DTT since its re-launch in 2005.
In the first five months of 2008, 2.7 million DTT receivers were sold, amounting to 24.7% of the total of 10.8 million DTT tuners in the country.
DTT had a viewing audience of 14.9% at the end of June.
