Promotion & Communications Module

DVB’s Promotion and Communications Module (PCM) ensures the flow of information to all parts of the world concerning DVB activities and specifications. Its priorities and budget are set by the Steering Board. 

The scope of PCM activities includes developing the high level messaging around DVB specifications, defining the mix of tools and channels that should be used, and identifying events at which DVB should have a presence.

The PCM mandates the DVB Project Office for the implementation of the above activities.
