Measurement guidelines for DVB systems
Scope
The present document provides guidelines for measurement in Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) satellite, cable and terrestrial and related digital television systems. The present document defines a number of easurement techniques, such that the results obtained are comparable when the measurement is carried out in compliance with the appropriate definition.
The present document uses terminology used in ETSI EN 300 421, ETSI EN 300 429, ETSI EN 300 468 and ETSI EN 300 744 and it should be read in conjunctions with them.
