Entry form now available for DVB-I UI Competition
The DVB-I User Interface Competition is now open for entries. Developers, designers, startups, research teams and established companies worldwide are invited to submit their DVB-I clients and apps, showcasing innovative and user-friendly approaches to next-generation television.
With €17,000 in prizes on offer, the competition will reward entries that push the boundaries of user experience, from traditional visual interfaces to experimental designs such as voice-driven or AI-personalized applications.
Submissions are due by 31 October 2025, with winners to be announced in December and prizes awarded at DVB World 2026 in Amsterdam. The judging panel will be announced in the coming weeks.
Meetup at IBC2025
Participants and interested observers are also invited to join a dedicated DVB-I UI Competition meetup at IBC2025. Taking place on the DVB stand on Sunday 14 September at 12:00, the session will provide an opportunity to connect with other entrants, exchange ideas, and receive advice from DVB experts.
More information on the competition, including the full entry form and guidance for participants, is available on the DVB-I Competition website
