DTVKit provides standards-based software libraries to a collaborative membership of content-delivery platform implementors. Founded in 2013, DTVKit aims to accelerate the delivery of advanced broadcast solutions while reducing R&D costs, allowing its members to accelerate time to market and concentrate on adding value to their products.

Being a DVB Member is a natural step following the introduction of our new DVB-NIP library, helping to ensure our members can deliver solutions as seamlessly and quickly as possible. We are excited to be a part of DVB and contribute to the progressive future of broadcast solutions,” said Amy Cleary, Managing Director of DTVKit.

OnScreen Publishing specializes in delivering content to multiple screens, covering smart TVs, HbbTV, tablets, phones and the web. In recent years, the UK-based company has been concentrating on developing apps and metadata delivery tools for the new DVB-I standard. OnScreen Publishing also supplies DVB-I client apps for HbbTV as well as for Android and iOS tablets and mobiles.

Having been part of DVB during the early days of the digital transition I’m very pleased to be joining the organization for the next journey: through hybrid working to all-IP. It’s great to see that DVB has maintained its relevance and that its collaborative way of working is as strong as ever. I look forward to supporting the deployment of DVB-I and beyond,” said OnScreen Publishing’s founder Gordon Maynard.
