DVB @ BES India 2023

Join us at India’s premier annual conference and exhibition on broadcast and media technology. The DVB Project’s booth (#60) will host a live demonstration of DVB Native IP delivery over terrestrial, in collaboration with several DVB Members.

DVB Head of Technology Emily Dubs, in addition to speaking at the BES conference*, will be present on the DVB booth, along with representatives of DVB Members.

DVB’s objective is to showcase how, thanks to DVB-NIP, existing DVB infrastructure can be leveraged to reach connected devices, including, for instance, the vast population of mobile devices in countries where broadband connectivity remains a challenge. Indeed, DVB-NIP provides the means of delivering IP-based OTT content reusing the already proven DVB-T2 and DVB-S2 networks for distribution, as well as the opportunity of making this content available to personal devices over local Wi-Fi hubs where needed.
