Norkring buys 49% stake in VRT transmission

Norwegian digital network operator Norkring has bought a 49% stake in the broadcast transmission network operated by Flemish public service broadcast provider VRT.
VRT will hold the remaining 51% stake in the network.
Norkring purchased its stake for €9.8 million and has the option of increasing its stake to 75% at a later date.
