Lagardère interested in DTT service

The media group Mafra which owns the DTT programme service Ocko may be acquired by the French media group Lagardère.
Lagardère is already in the radio market but would like to extend its services to television.
In France, Lagardère is on the DTT platform through its joint ownership of the DTT children’s service Gulli. Previously, Lagardère owned Virgin 17 which it later sold to the Bolloré Media Group and is now known as Direct Star.
Ocko, a television music service, is available across all television platforms in the country, including DTT.
