Withdrawal of DTT licences cancelled

The Czech High Court has overturned the previous ruling by the Prague Court to withdraw digital TV licences awarded to six companies in April 2006. TV Nova and Prima TV contested the previous award of the licences.The six TV companies, TV Barrandov, Febio TV, TV Poihoda, Z1, Ocko and RTA still have to wait until the existing broadcasting law is amended before their licences are finally restored.
