Europa 7 HD to launch DVB-T2 services in June

The commercial broadcaster Europa 7 has announced its plans to launch DTT HD services using the DVB-T2 standard on VHF Band III.
Europa 7 will make its DTT set-top box, 7 Box HD, available to viewers during June and in time for the new service launch. The Box will allow viewers to access 8 pay HD television services and they will be sold by retailers throughout Italy.
Conax encryption will be used to secure the new services.
