RAI adds two new DTT services

Public service broadcaster RAI has announced plans to launch two new television program services on its DTT platform.
Rai already offers 6 television programs on two multiplexes. One multiplex contains Rai Uno, Rai Due and Rai Tre, and the regional information channel Rai Utile as well as two test channels. The second multiplex provides a home for Rai Sport Sat, RaiNews 24, Rai Edu 1 and Rai Gulp, as well as radio services.
The two new services will be targeted at younger viewers and at general audiences respectively. Services will start sometime in 2008.
