Consultants needed for DVB-T2 transition

The Malawi Ministry of Information and Civic Education is looking for consultants to help with their digital TV migration and to plan a DVB-T2 network. The project covers the design of the DTT network, the digital migration process, the end-user equipment requirements, the link to the existing contribution system and more.
