DVB-H launch in the second half of 2007

At Cebit, Samsung were showing new phones especially developed for a potential DVB-H service in the Netherlands.
KPN has the sole DVB-H licence in the country and has invited proposals from Dutch broadcasters interested in being part on the new platform.
