Portugal Telecom confirmed as DTT licence winner

Despite an appeal by the Swedish owned bidder Airplus TV over the decision to award of the DTT platform licence to Portugal Telecom, the original decision has now been re-affirmed.
An Airplus TV executive said that they are still willing to continue with the judicial process for what it calls a ‘fair evaluation of the pay DTT licences’.
