Terrestrial Digital Television to start in early 2007

Portugal is planning to start Terrestrial Digital Television (TDT) in the first quarter of 2007 according to a short article in the Jornal de Negócios Online.
The O Ministério das Obras Públicas, Transportes e Comunicações (MOPTC) will also look at how it can extend the TDT service for mobile delivery using DVB-H during 2007 and especially the availability of free spectrum space.
