New report on spectrum

The Government plans to provide incentives for the development of new communication services, including DTT according to a new report published by the communication regulator Anacom. The efficient use of spectrum is to be promoted and it will introduce market mechanisms to do so.
It is also reported that the Electronic Communications Law (5/2004) of 10 February 2004 will be fully implemented.
