MPEG-2 on FTA platform

As reported previously both MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 will be used on the countries DTT platform. Although MPEG-4 is to be used for the Pay-DTT platform, the free to air platform will use MPEG-2. The justification for this disparity is given as the fact that 20% of the population already have DVB-T/MPEG-2 decoders and receivers.
