DTT launch by end 2009 may be delayed

DigiZone reports that the DTT platform operator Towercom may have difficulty in launching its new service by the end of the year.
The problem according to DigiZone is that so far no content providers have agreed to join the platform. Also, the plans to launch another multiplex in June 2010 with the content from the public service broadcaster STV may be in jeopardy. According to STV, it has not yet received information regarding transmission costs.
