Pay-TV subscribers in Spain reach 4.5 million

At the end of the second quarter of 2010, Pay-DTT subscribers in Spain reached 190,000.
Satellite delivered PayTV is still the most popular platform with 1,784,843 subs., followed by Cable at 1,306,177 and IPTV at 831,043.
The figures were published by Spain’s Telecommunications Market Commission (Comisión del Mercado de las Telecomunicaciones – CMT) and give the total number of Pay-TV subscribers as 4,538,198.
