ASO to be brought forward 2 months?

The government is said to be studying the possibility of bringing forward the previous ASO date of the 3rd April 2010 by two months to February, according to a report from Rapid TV News.
The earlier date is dependant on TV stations reaching 96% of coverage for private stations and 98% for public services before ASO can take place.
