DVB-H digital MUX announced

Rapid TV News reports that the government has announced that a digital mux which would allow for 20 channels, using DVB-H, receivable on cell phones, will be made available.
Although the government favours a service, a business model has still to be established. Various suggestions have been made in the past including models based on advertising as well as pay TV services .The article suggests that the three major telephone operators in Spain have reached agreement on a unified agreement.
Now Spain has to decide which model will be adopted.
