Pay-TV operator licensing gets closer

Despite some recent reported confusion about the offering of Pay TV DTT permits, the Government has announced that Spanish TV channels can apply for operator licences immediately. However a later press release said that the concession to broadcast Pay TV signals was still conditional on the Spanish cabinet approving a report from its advisory council, known as El Consejo del Estado
