RTVE to get 2 Mux’s after ASO

As widely expected the public broadcaster RTVE will be allocated 2 DTT multiplexes after Analogue Switch Off in 2010. Services will include those already available on the DTT platform, namely TVE 1, TVE 2, Canal 24 Horas, Clan TVE and Teledeporte. Later a new channel TVE International, not currently available, will be added.
RTVE also expect to develop two new HD services known as TV HD and Canal Cultura, which is expected to be ready for broadcast in 2009.
