More supporters for Pay-TV in Spain

More and more companies are supporting the use of Pay-TV in Spain, reports Rapid TV.
Sogecable and Grupo Planeta’s, Antenna 3 have joined Dahlia TV, Mediapro, Sidsa and the Government who are also said to have taken sides in favour of Pay-TV on the DTT platform.
Antenna 3’s general manager Maurizio Carlotti is reported to have said recently; that he did not see any reason why Spanish DTT shouldn’t also be pay because according to him the DTT business model could not support itself solely through an in-the-clear model. “The DTT incomes must come from the families,” he stated.
