Regulations for mobile TV to be completed soon

The Spanish Government is finalising regulations for its mobile TV market and expects them to be complete by September.
The actual Governments plan is expected to call for one multiplex to be dedicated to mobile TV, with around 20 TV channels.
When the regulations are completed a public tender will be issued so that ‘would be’ network operators can apply. Possible bidders are Axion, Abertis and possibly Telefonica, Vodaphone or Orange.
