Digital TV used in 6 million Spanish homes

SES Astra reports that Digital TV is now in 5.92 million Spanish households with DTT accounting for 2.58 million of them, up 43.5% in a year.
Digital satellite TV is received in 2.16 million homes, up 36.4%, with cable in 760,000, up 12.7%. ADSL TV is in 440,000 homes up 7.4%.
The report goes on to say that of the total 14 million Spanish TV households, 9.68 million view terrestrial TV, 2.7 million view through satellite, 1.21 million through cable and 440,000 through ADSL.
