2.6 million DTT receivers sold

Between March 2003 and October 2006   2,614,335 DTT STB’s/receivers were sold in Spain according to a report on the Impulsa TDT website.
DTT penetration reached 14.4% of the population by November compared with a penetration of 7.7% in June. DTT coverage is estimated at 80.45% and the average cost of an STB is given as €54.31
